Our Policy
All sales on 6 O'Clock are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched. This applies to all products across all categories.
Why We Have This Policy
We maintain strict quality checks before dispatching every product. Our pricing is set to reflect the quality offered. To keep our prices affordable for our customers, we are unable to absorb the cost of returned merchandise.
Before You Order — Please Check
- Review the size carefully. Check your measurements against the size guide provided on the product page.
- Read the full product description including material, fit type, and care instructions.
- Check all product images before confirming your purchase.
- If you have any questions, contact us before ordering.
Exception — Damaged / Wrong Product
In the rare case that you receive a product that is:
- Physically damaged or defective due to manufacturing
- Completely different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging at hello.6oclock@gmail.com. We will review the case and respond within 2–3 business days. Resolution is at our sole discretion.
Colour variations due to screen display settings or fabric dye lots are not considered defects and will not qualify for any exception.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order and before the order is dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello.6oclock@gmail.com. Once dispatched, no cancellations are possible.
