Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499: FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹49 shipping charge

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the registered email or phone number. You can track your order from your My Orders page.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails both times, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, you may be required to bear re-delivery charges for a third attempt.

Damaged / Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeline, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date via our Contact Us page. We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
